#135 - the training diary - rules and tips for the gym

135. to all you dedicated "workout log" novelists.. faithfully writing down everything you are doing in the gym.. you are probably not writing down the important stuff thats holding you back:

- the 17 trips to the drinking fountain
- how many times you answered your phone
- how many texts you sent
- how many times you pulled your phone out of your pocket to see if you had a new text / message since 30seconds ago when you last checked
- how long you were chatting it up with your buddies between sets
- how much time you spent looking at yourself in the mirror
