#129 You tried, Tough Guy - rules and tips for the gym

129.. well at least you tried there tough guy.. yeah you, the guy walking around all puffed up the rest of the week doing upper body..but today its your once a quarter leg day.. im surprised you are actually even in the leg section... but you blew it when you pilled on all that weight on the leg press and only did 3inch reps.. even the rookies think you are a pussy.
