- the 17 trips to the drinking fountain
- how many times you answered your phone
- how many texts you sent
- how many times you pulled your phone out of your pocket to see if you had a new text / message since 30seconds ago when you last checked
- how long you were chatting it up with your buddies between sets
- how much time you spent looking at yourself in the mirror
