121. really get a kick out of you guys that check your watch after every set, so you can rest the exact amount of time between sets. or even worse, fools that actually set their alarm to go off every 45 seconds....how about this...do your next set when your mind is ready..without that, your rest interval does not matter. free your mind and your ass will follow
